About Me
My name is Stefan Coleman and I am a New Jersey bankruptcy lawyer. I have extensive knowledge about filing for bankruptcy in New Jersey as well as a vast amount of knowledge about real estate and personal property law. I received my JD from the University of Miami School of Law and I also obtained a post-law degree, an LLM, in Real Property there as well. This advanced degree has been monumental in helping save my clients thousands upon thousands of dollars since half of my job is devoted to protecting your assets in bankruptcy.
I am constantly apprising myself in new changes in the law and emerging fields within bankruptcy. In addition, I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. I am in contact with hundreds of other bankruptcy attorneys around the country where we discuss new changes to the law and best practices.
After working and getting experience with several major law firms, I decided that I wanted to open my own practice where I could work face-to-face with real clients with real concerns and not just another faceless corporation.
